Here you will find a place where individuals with life-limiting illness can come together with staff that will support their end-of-life choices with extraordinary care and compassion. We are a non-profit community based organization dedicated to meeting the end-of-life needs of people with a life-limiting illness.
The Paula J. Baber Hospice Home is a division of Trinity Hospice which began providing Hospice services on a volunteer basis in 1983. In 1995, Medicare certification was obtained which enabled hospice care under the Medicare benefit.
