Cancer Registry

TRMC Cancer Registry is an integral part of the cancer program. Trinity Regional Medical Center's concern for your health and well-being will continue after you are discharged from our care.

The purpose of the Cancer Registry is to help ensure that patients with cancer receive quality care and management of their disease. Collected information will be used to assist physicians in analyzing treatment results, planning continuous quality care, assuring lifetime patient follow-up, assisting with education and providing optimum care for the patient.

The Registry's primary responsibility is to collect, maintain and analyze data on all patients diagnosed with and or treated for cancer at TRMC. This data aids in treatment planning, staging and in assuring continuity of care for Trinity's cancer patients. Data collected includes demographics, medical history, diagnostic studies, treatment information and follow-up information. All information collected is strictly confidential.
