The Diabetes Center at UnityPoint Health - Trinity utilizes an integrated, team-based approach to diabetes management. Staff includes nurses, dietitians and other healthcare specialists working with each individual and their physician to facilitate the common goal of successful diabetes management.
The Trinity Diabetes Center offers our patients disease management and educational tools to improve their quality of life. We believe that people with diabetes can live healthy, productive and enjoyable lives if they work to become skilled in self-management of the disease.
