Order a Gift for a Patient

We have a variety of gift items available that can be delivered to patients at Trinity Regional Medical Center. You may order a gift for a patient by phoning 515.574.6657 and with the convenience of your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card. We will have your gift delivered the same day by our volunteers
 

Credit Card Orders

When ordering by credit card, please have the following information available:
 

• Credit card number

• Expiration date of credit card

• Name as it appears on credit card

• Mailing address of the card holder

• Phone number to be reached in case of difficulty delivering/processing the order

• Patient name with correct spelling

• Room number if known
   

We will mail the receipt the day of the charge.
