The Industrial Rehabilitation Program at Trinity Regional Medical Center and the Highland Park Center includes the following:

Work Conditioning
A program designed to increase strength and physical endurance required for safe return to work.

Work Hardening
An individualized, job-specific therapy program that consists of progressive exercise and simulated work activities required for return to work.

Physical Capacity Evaluation
Evaluation of physical strength, joint flexibility and endurance following injury or accident.

Ergonomic Assessment  
Evaluation of work stations, work process and adapting them to prevent injury.

The program involves assessments by Occupational and Physical Therapists. Our therapists have specialized training and certification necessary to do this work.
