"I've been a nurse at Trinity for over 32 years and believe it is a great place to work. Trinity is large enough to provide new and challenging situations for the nursing staff, yet small enough you feel like "family". New staff is often surprised at the variety of patients we care for. In benchmarking with other hospitals, I find Trinity to be right at the top for nursing care, safety, technology, and work environment. I have always been proud to recommend Trinity to friends and family. In addition, Fort Dodge is a nice place to live and raise a family. It is a friendly, safe city that has many things to offer and is close to larger cities if you need to "get away".

Ever Growing to Meet the Needs of Our Community

Nurses at Trinity Regional Medical Center strive to provide excellent patient care through shared decision making, evidence-based practice, innovation, and teamwork.

Together, we create new visions which provide meaning and purpose to the work of nursing and give nurses and support staff more time to be at the bedside with patients. We integrate evidence into practice as we strive for excellence.

We have a collaborative relationship with the nursing program at Iowa Central Community College, and staff has the opportunity to serve in a dual role as a faculty member at ICCC and in a nursing position at Trinity Regional Medical Center.

We look forward to creating new patient care delivery models as we look to the future of nursing. New roles will evolve for nursing that are exciting and put nurses closer to the bedside. We encourage you to discover the opportunities available at Trinity Regional Medical Center.
