Rehabilitation for People with Lung Diseases

Pulmonary Rehab is a program for people with lung diseases. There are two phases of pulmonary rehab offered at Trinity:

Phase II - Outpatient Pulmonary Rehab

Phase II includes education classes, exercise and support for patients diagnosed with chronic lung disease. The program is two days per week which includes monitored exercise and education. A physician referral is required for admission to the program.
 

Phase III Maintenance Pulmonary Rehab
Phase III is offered for patients to continue and maintain the healthy behaviors of the Phase II program. This self pay program is offered two days per week for supervised exercise.  Education is provided, as needed. A physician referral is needed for admission to the program. 

Better Breathers Club
Better Breathers Club is a support group for people with lung disease and others interested. It is offered 6 times per year and provides education and support.
