Monthly Education and Screenings for the Community

Formally known as Dessert with the Doc’s, Trinity Healthy U offers the same great information from Trinity health professionals but now the evening includes preventative screenings and programs for adults of all ages as well as Trinity Healthy U too, a program for children grades K-4.

At Trinity Healthy U adults can expect to learn about a variety of health related topics. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in preventative screenings that will be made available at a minimal cost. In keeping with the tradition of Dessert with the Doc’s, Trinity Healthy U will serve a desert with a healthy twist during the class. Trinity Healthy U is a free program for adults of all ages.

Trinity Healthy U too

This class is just for kids! Held at the same time as Trinity Healthy U, Trinity Healthy U too is designed for children from kindergarten to the 4th grade.

Trinity Healthy U too, will teach kids about making healthy life choices, with activities that use both their bodies and their minds. A healthy snack will also be provided.

Although this program is free, a parent or guardian must attend Healthy U while their child
participates at Healthy U too.
