Paula J. Baber Hospice Home offers inpatient care in a home-like atmosphere. Our interdisciplinary team will provide skilled care and support for patients round-the-clock care, surrounded by family and loved ones.
We focus on comfort and quality of life by managing pain and other symptoms while also addressing emotional, social and spiritual needs. In doing so, Trinity Hospice truly can enhance every remaining moment.

Once a referral is received, we will contact the patient's doctor. Our Hospice care team is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-call staff is available whenever you need us.
